2. About Our Products

We sell perfumes and aftershaves that are inspired by popular fragrances.

All product names, descriptions and references are used solely for comparison purposes.
nakedformula.co.uk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer brand or trademark holder.

All trademarks, brand names and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use a valid payment method

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation email.

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging
  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@nakedformula.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.
We are not responsible for misuse or failure to follow usage instructions.
